Sweet Lies: The Truth About Sugar and How to Outsmart It

In this episode of Not Your Mother's Hormones, Compounding Pharmacist Christine Givant exposes the Food Industry and how they incorporate salt, fat and sugar to engineer the "Bliss Point". The Bliss Point is het combination of these ingredients that make the food the most craveable and difficult to resist.
